A special envoy from the Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi today held talks with President Jerry John Rawlings at the Castle, Osu. Foreign Ministry sources said talks between Dr Ali Treiki and President Rawlings centred on bilateral and multilateral issues. Among those present were Mr Victor Gbeho, Foreign Minister, and Dr Obed Asamoah, Attorney General and Minister of Justice.
