Ho, April 20 More foreign businessmen continue to explore investment opportunities in the country despite the current energy crisis. Mr Victor Serlomey, Deputy Minister of Finance, stated this at Ho yesterday when he briefed activists of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), MPs and district chief executives from the Volta Region on the outlook of the economy.
