Ghanaian footballer thanks wife and girlfriend on live TV

Ghanaian striker Mohammed Anas just gave a speech social media trolls can chew on. And it looks like the youngster snitched on himself on live TV in South Africa.

Anas bagged a brace as his Free State Stars travelled to secure a 2-2 draw at the Athlone Stadium against Ajax Cape Town Friday night.

Speaking to SuperSport TV after being named Man-of-the-Match, the 22-year-old thanked both his “wife and girlfriend” but the Kumasi-born forward immediately retracted saying “…I’m sorry to say [that], I’m so sorry my wife…”
