A businessman fined for careless driving

Tema, March 1, GNA – The Tema Circuit Court “B” imposed a fine of two million cedis on Ben Atadja, a businessman for careless driving Ben Atadja pleaded guilty to charges of driving without due care and without paying attention to other road users.

Chief Inspector Edith Nutakor told the court presided over by Mr Stephen Teye that on January 12, 2004, at about 0730 hours, Atadja was driving a BMW car with registration number GR 7809R on the Spintex road and on reaching Mannet Estate junction, he drove without due care and attention.

She said Atadja’s car ran into Opel Omega salon car with registration number GR 4667 D and a BMW car with registration number GT 8133 G, damaging the two vehicles.
