First Lady Rebecca turns 66 today

Ghana’s First lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo is 66 years today haven been born on March 12, 1951.

Mrs. Akufo-Addo became first lady after her husband, Ghana’s president, Nana Akufo-Addo, won the presidential elections of December 7,2016.

She has a  foundation that takes care of women and children.  Ahead of the polls, she distributed several items to  sick and deprived mothers in various hospitals across the country.

Upon winning the election, the first lady has expressed her commitment towards the course of women across the country with several donations to hospitals in rural Ghana.
