Ghana lacking behind in economic development – Asiedu Nketia

General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) says in terms of economic development, Ghana is lacking behind.

Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia in an interview with Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm said, some countries are far developed than we are today although we both gained independence but was quick to also add, we have also done well since some countries who gained independence before us, are in a failed state.

The chief scribe of the umbrella family underscored the need for citizens to desist from the blame game and rather focus on helping to solve the challenges confronting us.

Ghanaians he indicated have the right to celebrate for how far we have come however, we should also commit to working hard to do better.

He said just like President Akufo-Addo has said he was elected to fix our challenges and not to complain, we should all rally behind him to ensure that we resolve our challenges.
