Bamba To Answer For ?Protocol?

For more reasons than one, the disgraced former Minister of State, Alhaji Moctar Bamba, would not rest easy until Zero Tolerance for Corruption propagator, President J.A. Kufour has finished with setting up of a committee of enquiry into the activities of the Wenchi West MP while he was in office.

Having resigned by virtue of a very debatable ?indiscretion,? the man has to answer for another accusation. Underground happenings within the ranks of the National Association of Auctioneers indicate that some members are poised into petitioning the President himself over the whereabouts of some vehicles which were supposed to be auctioned but got moved away under the excuse of ?Protocol Allocation? a la Alhaji Moctar Bamba.

Word have it that the petitioners would have gone to Mr. Kwadwo Mpiani but there are obvious indications that there was a seemingly bad-blood between the former Minister of State and the Chief of Staff over certain auction dealings which the latter never wanted to be involved in.

For instance, when all along the Chief of Staff had given the go ahead for the auctioning of unserviceable vehicles parked within the premises of Ghana Highway Authority (GHA), the former Castle capo had stayed its execution.
