NASARA Club Denies Allegation

The national executives of the NASARA club, a political wing of the ruling NPP have denied allegations that its chairman Alhaji Fuseini Maiga sold Hajj tickets meant for some members of the club.

According to the executives, the government did not provide ticket for any member of the NASARA club and described the allegation as baseless and unfounded. The national youth organizer of NASARA, Abu Larku-Larku was alleged to have said in an interview with a section of the media that, Alhaji Maiga has sold tickets meant for some members of NASARA including himself.

The press secretary of NASARA club, Aminu Maaz speaking to Peace FM dismissed the allegation and its attempt to disintegrate the leadership of NASARA.

He said NASARA would not be divided by this baseless and fabricated falsehood and urged NPP followers and Muslims in particular to remain focus and support the party towards the December general election.
