Unibank Staff robbed at gun point

Police have confirmed to mynewsgh.com that Kafui Damal, a staff of Unibank has been robbed at gun point at his residence in Gomoa Nyinyano millennium city estates in the Central Region.

The Kasoa District Commander of the Ghana Police Service, DSP Alfred Kudah revealed that the robbers took away his his Toyota Corrola Salon car, an amount of GH¢1,700 and gold wedding rings belonging to him and his wife.

According to him, the area in recent times has recorded several robbery cases hinting that patrols will be intensified to ensure that that residents are not held hostage by the robbers.

“We have commenced investigations into the matter and relayed information to our outlets for them to be on the lookout for the vehicle. We will intensify patrols in the area to ensure that we protect lives and property which is our core mandate”, he said
