Abronye DC has on his own volition assumed the position of the ‘Director’ of assets confiscation task force charged by the Chief of Staff to retrieve all state properties in the possession of past government officials.
He claims he does not need official communication to that effect and will henceforth act in that capacity to facilitate the mandate of the group that was assigned the state role last week.
“I ensure that I take every single property and return to the government for Nana Addo rule the country in line with the party’s manifesto”, he said.
The Brong Regional Youth Organizer of New Patriotic Party (NPP) who said he was helping to retrieve the vehicles as a Citizen Vigilante.
But his colleague from the same region (NDC) claims Abronye DC has a criminal record and hence is unfit to call himself as such because he has been arrested before for defrauding a woman of an unspecified amount of money under the pretext of selling a parcel of land to her.
Mohammed Seidu added that the loud-mouthed politician upon his arrest faked sickness and hence was admitted to the hospital upon arrival and received treatment in handcuff and under police surveillance.
