K.K Amoah appointed EOCO boss

Starrfmonline.com has gathered that Mr. K.K Amoah has been appointed as the new Executive Director of the Economic and Organised Crimes Office (EOCO) by President Akufo-Addo.

Mr. Amoah is a detective who has had a long career in the Police Service, rising to the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police.

According to Starrfmonline.com sources, Mr. Amoah has already held a meeting with his staff during which he implored them to work hard in the interest of the nation.

Mr. Amoah replaces Justice Tsar Yao who was recently dismissed by President Akufo-Addo. Justice Tsar, one of the Deputy Executive Directors of EOCO, was appointed Acting Executive Director to replace Biadela Kweku Mortey Akpadzi, whose post-retirement contract expired.
