Congo beats Burkina Faso to win bronze at African Cup of Nations’ tournament.

In the third place offs for the third position at the on going African Cup of Nations tournament, the Congolese beat host nation, Burkina Faso by 4 goals to 1 on penalties. Hosts Burkina Faso was leading 4-1 as at the 86th minute of the match. A late rally by the Congolese saw them scoring 3 goals within three minutes to bring to final score to 4 goals each. In the resultant penalty shoot out, the Burkinabes wasted 2 of their kicks and scored only one. The final match between defending champions South Africa and Egypt will be played in Ouagadougou, tomorrow at 1600 GMT. Joy
