Institutional Culture and Social norms limit women’s career opportunities

A summary of the research findings titled “Women in Public Life Project,” found out that the institutional culture in many organisations, and societal norms and practices work together to limit the space for women’s opportunities and career development in the workplaces.

A survey on women’s participation in public administration found out that outside Accra women’s presence, especially in the regional offices, were low.
