Registrar Retirement

Dormaa-Ahenkro (B/A), Feb. 6, GNA – Dormaa Traditional Council on Friday held a send-off party at Dormaa-Ahenkro for Nana Kusi Boadum, its Senior Registrar, who proceeds on retirement.

In appreciation of his devotion to duty, the council presented him with a brand new refrigerator and three million cedis.

Those present were Mr. Emmanuel Duku, Dormaa District Chief Executive, Osagyefo Oseadeeye Agyeman Badu 111, Omanhene of Dormaa Traditional Area and Mr. Stephen Adoma Yeboah, Member of Parliament for Dormaa East.

Osagyefo Agyeman Badu described the retiring registrar as a hard working person.

He said the council had lost a very important figure “whose eleven years of service will remain memorable in the history of the council”. Mr. Duku appealed to Mr. A. Korang, the new registrar, to continue the good work of his predecessor.

Nana Boadum expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the honour done him.
