A 40- year old man is the grips of the Assin Fosu police for stabbing his girlfriend to death at Assin Juaso in the central region.
Agya Owusu is said to have been angered by a visit by the lady’s ex boyfriend to their home.
The man who didn’t take kindly to the visit suspecting some sort of amorous affair stabbed the lady resulting in her death at the Francis Xavier Hospital at Assin Fosu.
The three thus the victim, the supposed boyfriend and Agya Owusu even shared a drink at a nearby drinking spot before he stabbed the lady on their way to the house after escorting the accused boyfriend.
Ultimate News’ Baah Acheamfuor reported that the two stayed together but were not married.
