Accra, Jan. 29, GNA- President John Agyekum Kufuor on Thursday received a special message from the Libyan Leader Muammar Al Qathafi at the Castle, Osu.
Details of the message, delivered by Dr Mohamed Ahmed Al Sharif, a Special Envoy and General Secretary of the International Islamic Calls were not disclosed but believed to centre on bilateral relations between both countries.
President Kufuor expressed appreciation for the message.
