The weather will be relatively dull over southern Ghana – Meteo

Accra, Jan. 17, GNA – The Meteorological Services Department on Saturday announced that there has been an upsurge of moisture into the country hence the weather would be relatively dull over southern Ghana. Therefore, there would be morning mist or fog with its accompanying poor visibility. This is expected to dry up by mid-morning to slightly hazy over most places except for the coastal region. In the afternoon, there is the possibility of occasional rain along the coast especially the western half. Northern Ghana would remain dry and hazy but with improved visibility towards the western half. The night would be relatively cold over that sector.

Maximum and minimum temperatures between 0600 hours on Saturday and 0600 hours on Sunday were given as: coastal areas, between 32 and 22 degrees Celsius, forest and mountainous areas, between 35 and 20 degrees Celsius and Northern Ghana, between 36 and 19 degrees Celsius.
