Changing Mahama dangerous – Amissah-Arthur

Ghanaians cannot afford a change that is disruptive of the progress the Mahama administration has brought them, Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has said.

“It’s important to build schools, it’s important to have hospitals, it’s important to have electricity and it’s important to have many of the things that are good for us, but to do that we need to maintain our focus, we need to have a government that is consistently planning and delivering. So we don’t want a change that is disruptive of the progress that we are making,” Mr Amissah-Arthur said in Kumbungu to supporters of the party.

According to him, President John Mahama has invested in a lot of infrastructure comprising roads, schools, hospitals and utilities and thus urged the electorate to maintain the NDC in government at the polls for continuity.

Mr Amissah-Arthur also urged the electorate to vote for the NDC’s parliamentary candidate for the area, Ras Mubarak.

“On December 7, when you go to the polls, vote for John Dramani Mahama as President and Ras Mubarak as your MP,” he said.

“The NDC is going into this election with peace in our heart and development as our vision”.
