Komfueku community school cries for help

Komfueku (W/R), Dec 23, GNA – Mr Daniel K. Appiah, an opinion leader at Komfueku near Shama, has appealed to the Shama Ahanta East Metropolitan Assembly (SAEMA) to rehabilitate and expand the community basic school. He said the school, which was established through the initiative of the chiefs and people of the area in 1946, had not seen any rehabilitation or expansion.

Mr. Appiah who was speaking at the first anniversary of the Royal Keep Fit Club, at Komfueku said the school had served the community over the years and should be expanded to enable more children to gain access. He also appealed to the assembly to provide it with modern facilities and infrastructure.
