Two welders electrocuted

Techiman, Dec 17, GNA – Two electric welders were on Tuesday electrocuted whilst working in their workshop at Dwomo in Techiman. They are Kwabena Obeng, 30 and Ameyaw, 27.

Superintendent Paul Kojo Gyempeh, Techiman District Police Commander, told Ghana News Agency the two welders were erecting a metal television pole when the accident happened.

The metal pole they were working on got in contact with a high-tension electrical wire and they were instantly electrocuted.
