Tsikata’s problems

Ex-Captain Kojo Tsikata in his bid to clear his name of the 1982 murder of three High Court judges and retired army offifer, is being mired deeper and deeper into controversy. The Special Investigating Board had implicated him but the then Attorney-General, now on the Supreme Court, Mr. Justice Aikins had cleared him in a Government White Paper. A British newspaper, “The Independent” in carrying its version of the sordid murders, was sued by the ex-Captain and the case has been raging in the British Courts for the past four years. The paper was absolved but the ex-Captain is fighting on.
