President Mahama attends AU Summit in Lome

President John Dramani Mahama Saturday, October 15 left Accra for Lome, Togo, for the African Union’s extraordinary summit on maritime security, safety, and development in Africa.

Mr Mahama just after his arrival in the Francophone country tweeted: “Just arrived in Lome, Togo, for the AU’s Extraordinary Summit on Maritime Security, Safety and Development in Africa.”

He is expected to return the same day, as he’s scheduled to hit the Volta Region, his party’s stronghold, with his campaign on Monday.
