Madama Akua Donkor says she is baffled by the Electoral Commission’s decision to disqualify her from contesting the December polls.
In an interview with GhanaWeb, the flag bearer of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) described the decision as strange and abnormal in an extraordinary rant against her disqualification.
“I provided the necessary information, so I can’t fathom why Mrs Charlotte Osei decided to disqualify me. In fact, I am still trying to come to terms with that,” Akua Donkor said in Twi.
Akua Donkor was among 12 other candidates who were disqualified from contesting after failing to meet the necessary requirements.
