Kindergarten to SHS will be free under my gov’t – Nduom

The Progressive Peoples Party (PPP) says it would implement a free education policy from kindergarten to senior high school if Ghanaians give them the mandate in December.

According to flagbearer of the PPP, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, access and affordability of education at those levels would not be a problem under his government.

Speaking at separate rallies in four constituencies as part of his one-day tour of the Upper West region, Dr. Nduom said access to basic social amenities like water would also not be a problem under his government.

“When you go all over the country, you will find that in many places you go, even regular water to drink is a problem. When the PPP comes to power, that would no longer be a problem,” he said.

He appealed to residents of Nandom, Wa East, Wa West and Wa Central of the Upper West region to give him the nod to implement his better policies for the benefit of all.

“Let me say to you that some very good things are coming to Ghana, we are going to have some very good schools for our children to go, and when our children go to school from kindergarten to senior high school, they would not pay one pesewa. Everybody will go to school,” he assured.
