Ayariga picks APC’s 1st vice chair as running mate

The flag bearer of the All People’s Congress (APC), Mr Hassan Ayariga, has named an accountant as his running mate for the December 7 polls.

Mr Emmanuel Karl Bartels was announced and introduced to APC supporters at the party’s headquarters at Haatso in Accra on Saturday 24 September.

Mr Bartels said he would use his 17 years’ experience as an accountant to fix Ghana’s economy should the APC get elected into office.

Introducing Mr Bartels, Mr Ayariga said Ghana at the moment needs change and that change will only come if the APC is elected into office.

So far 23 presidential nominees, including 7 independent aspirants have picked presidential nomination forms to run for the December 7 elections.
