Mahama has disrespected his in-laws in DKM saga – MP

President John Dramani Mahama has been accused of showing disrespect to kinsmen of his wife and the First Lady Lordina Mahama for failing to resolve the infamous DKM saga.

The Member of Parliament (MP) for the Nkoranza North constituency in the Brong Ahafo region Derek Oduro, said the president and his party are shameless for deciding to hold a manifesto launch in the very region they have subjected its residents to all forms of hardship.

’If he Mahama and his NDC party have any respect for the people of Brong Ahafo they wouldn’t have chosen Sunyani as the place to launch their manifesto after failing to help them retrieve their monies from DKM and others’’.

On Abusua Nkomo, hosted by Kwame Adinkra, he accused President Mahama and his NDC government of doing little to satisfy the thousands of residents who have lost their investments to the ponzi microfinance schemes.

According to him, president Mahama and his NDC party have totally neglected the entire Brong Ahafo region residents which will cost them at the December 7 polls.

‘’There are people who have died because of this DKM issue and you have a government that has done nothing serious about it and later expect the same people to vote for you, no I don’t think the people are fools to do that and I can assure you that the people in region will vote against Mahama”, he stated.
