GES urged to fill vacancies at Ezinlibo Secondary School

Ezinlibo (W/R) Nov. 22, GNA- An appeal has gone to the Ghana Education Service (GES) to fill all vacancies created at the Annor Adjaye Senior Secondary School at Ezinlibo in the Jomoro district following recent mass transfer of personnel from the school.

Reverend Father John Nda, chairman of the board of governors said currently the school “is going through crisis” due to lack of staff including headmaster, an accountant, subjects masters and non-teaching staff. He was speaking to the Ghana News Agency at Ezinlibo on Friday on some of the problems facing the school established in 1991.

He said many parents have withdrawn their wards from the school while others have threatened to follow suit.

Father Nda said the school lacks many basic facilities like potable water, hostels, masters’ and headmaster bungalows among others.
