Mampong student nurses grateful to deputy Chief of Staff

Final year students of the Mampong Nurses and Midwifery Training School who are writing their final examinations, have expressed their profound gratitude to the Deputy Chief of Staff and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) aspiring candidate for the Oforikrom Constituency.

Mr. Johnny Osei Kofi is said to have swiftly intervened to fixed the bad lighting system in the school to enhance studies at night for their examinations.

According to Ms. Sandrah Sarpomaah, spokesperson of the group said all final year students were going through frustrations every night by the rate at which the lights go off, thus affecting their studies.

The students indicated that they were compelled to complain to the Deputy Chief of Staff, who responded promptly. They described the chief presidential staffer as a listening father, whose timely intervention had helped restored the lighting system on campus and its catchment areas in Asante Mampong.

Miss Sarpomaa commended President John Dramani Mahama for appointing a listening personality like Mr. Johnny as one of the lieutenants at the Flagstaff House.
