14th Edition of firmwalk

The 14thedition of the monthly FIRMWalk came off on the 25th of June, 2016. This month’s event started and ended at the T&A Park, Tarkwa. With well over 250 participants from across all sections of the Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipality
Organized by Firm Health Ghana Foundation (FHGF) in partnership with Dynamite fm (88.9) and sponsored by Washington Rentals, Breakfast Masters and So Nice Drinking Water, this month’s walk started at exactly 5:50am amid danceable brass band music from the T&A Park through Lowcost Road, Estate Junction, Efuanta, UMaT, Takoradi Station, Post Office, Banking Lane and back to T&A Park. The walk took participants close to 1hr 20 minutes to complete. Throughout the walk participants were refreshed with water from (So Nice Drinking Water), our official water bottling sponsor.
Physical instructor (Mr. Isaac Sowah Kumah) then led the enthusiastic participants through 30 minutes of aerobics exercises amid danceable PA system tunes sponsored by Washington Rentals. This was followed by 25 minutes interactive health talk session on the NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER delivered by Dr. Joseph Darko. He commended participants for turning up in their numbers for this health and fitness exercise. He also encouraged them to make exercising a part of them.
Participants were then refreshed by (Breakfast Masters), our official breakfast company sponsor. The whole health event ended at exactly 8:45am.
The next edition is scheduled for July 30, 2016 at the same venue (T&A Park).
