Court places injunction on construction of stores

Kumasi, Nov. 11, GNA – A Kumasi High Court last Friday granted a limited injunction stopping Nana Adwoa Dwomoh from constructing stores at Adum, the economic hub of Kumasi.

The writ filed by Mr Sarfo Gyamfi, counsel for Nana Kofi Nsiah, Managing Director of K. Nsiah Enterprise, the plaintiff, sought an order to restrain Nana Dwomoh, her agents, workmen, assigns or otherwise for a limited period of 14 days from further constructing the stores.
