Man arrested for killing father at Wassa Akropong

A 26-year-old man Damoah Boah is in the grips of the Wassa Akropong police command for allegedly beating his 65-year old father to death at Wassa Samman a community in the Wassa Amenfi East District.

According to reports, fight ensued between them when the man refused to give the boy some money he had requested from the sale of cocoa and a portion of land.

During the fight which occurred yesterday, the man collapsed and died instantly.

The body has been deposited at the Wassa Akropong government hospital.
