Mills did not die at the Castle – Anyidoho

President John Evans Atta Mills did not pass on at the Osu Castle, Deputy General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress(NDC) has said.

Also Koku Anyidoho has denied allegations that he rushed the late Professor to the 37 Military Hospital in his car boot to the maternity ward.

“The President left the castle in his ambulance with a medical team, a motorcade and went to 37 Military hospital, and was sent straight to the Intensive Care Unit(ICU), and was met by a team of medical doctors, expert surgeons, expert physicians. God called him to glory” Koku told Bola Ray on Starr Chat Wednesday.

There were media reports after the departure of the Ghanaian leader that he was first sent to the maternity ward of the 37 hospital in the car boot of the distressed Koku Anyidoho who was an aide to the President then.

However, Anyidoho reacting to such comments after four years of the passing of Prof. Mills said the handlers of Late Mills ensured that he was given all the necessary treatment befitting a President.

“In the heat of the moment, and with all the tears and all the headache, and all the sleepless nights, it was difficult to breakthrough those crazy clouds of vile propaganda, and tell any story, so we let it passed,” he added.
