Nana Addo will land in hospital if he dances Azonto – Gane

A Communicator with the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mallam Issa Yussif Gane has alleged that the flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will land in a South Africa or UK hospital bed if he attempts to dance Azonto.

He threw a challenge to Nana Addo to imitate the popular Azonto moves of President Mahama to prove that he is really fit as he claims.

He claimed President Mahama is fit, hence his constant Azonto dance, but Nana Addo’s state of health is questionable.

Gane said this in response to comments made by a Communicator of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nab Alfonso that President Mahama is Azonto dancing President, unlike his candidate Nana Addo who has clear vision for the nation.

Alfonso claimed president Mahama is only good at dancing, urging electorate to vote the NDC out of office.

‘Nana Akufo Addo has clear vision for Ghana where he wants to carry, and the kind of legacy he wants to leave behind, he is not the Azonto dancing type for the fun fare of it, president John Mahama, he is very good at Azonto, you saw it on Television, Metro TV, KSM show, and spent some time with the children,’ Alfonso said on Ultimate FM’s Fact File hosted by Julius Caesar Anadem.

But Gane believes Nana will turn down the challenge because he is not physically strong as he claims and that it will be disastrous for the NPP if he becomes bedridden.

“He talked about the President dancing Azonto, if a president should dance Azonto this should tell you about the good health state that we find our current president. Nana should dare go and dance Azonto, I am telling the NPP, probably from that campaigning he would be flown to South Africa or London for treatment,” he claimed.
