Brogya Gemfi is living in a dream world – Mensah-Bonsu

The Member of Parliament for Suame Constituency in the Ashanti Region Osei Kyei Mensah-Bonsu has taken a swipe at the NDC Parliamentary candidate for the constituency Brogya Gemfi claiming he is living in a dream world.

Speaking on Abusua FM’s ‘Abusua Nkomo’ with Kwame Adinkra, the Minority leader noted his young opponent is only exciting himself to embrace the greatest shock of his life.

“If Barcelona is to play with Real Madrid for a trophy and they decide to play a friendly match with Corner stone in Ghana, obviously supporters of Corner Stone will claim and chant a win. He doesn’t know anything in politics but rather making noise. Well empty vessels make the most noise. The difference is over 50,000 and the new entrant says what? He will obviously collapse after knowing the results. Allow him to rant. Of course Brogya Gemfi can tickle himself and laugh.” The Confident Mensah-Bonsu told Kwame Adinkra.

Mr. Mensah-Bonsu noted his opponent is thriving on lies in the constituency which will not augur well for the peace and harmony the people have been enjoying prior to his candidature.

According to him, Brogya Gemfi has been parading himself as the one who is lobbying for projects which even the president knows were lobbied by some of the chiefs in the constituency. He, therefore, urged his opponent to make truth his portion.

“The young man is striving on lies and as an aspiring politician, he needs to be careful. He has been lying on road projects and the likes. He should stop lying to the people and speak the truth always. He needs to learn on giving credit where it is due.” He said.
