Kwamikrom commissions new clinic

Kwamikrom (VR), Oct 28, GNA – A 200-million-cedi health centre was handed over to the Ministry of Health at a brief ceremony at Kwamikrom at the weekend.

Built with funds from the Saudi Fund for Development, the facility has a main clinic and bungalows for the staff.

Taking over the keys, the Volta Regional Administrator of Health Services, Mr Gilbert Asiedu-Ofei, thanked the funding agency and appealed to the local people to assist the staff to ensure the safety of equipment and other items at the centre. He said similar projects are under construction at Dambai and Dzemini.
