Man appeals for help

Breman-Asikuma (C/R), Oct. 26, GNA – Mr Isaac Oppong, a discharged patient at Breman-Asikuma Mission Hospital, has appealed to well-wishers and philanthropists to help him settle 3.8 million-cedis medical bills he owe the hospital.

Mr Oppong, a citizen of Agona-Kwanyarko, near Agona-Asafo in the Central Region, made the appeal through the Ghana News Agency at the weekend.

Mr Oppong said though he was discharged from the hospital two months ago and his mother had paid 700,000 cedis of the amount, the hospital authorities were detaining him until all the bills were settled.
