Church presents books to children’s home

Nkoranza, Oct. 16, GNA- Members of Nkoranza South Presbyterian Church on Wednesday presented 250 exercise books worth about 150,000 cedis to the Royal Child Foundation Home in Nkoranza.

Mr Ben Akorsah-Barfi, treasurer, Mr Stephen Kwame Baffoe, section member and Miss Agatha Gyamea, choir treasurer, made the presentation on behalf of the church.

Mr Akorsah-Barfi said the church has great concern for the development of the children and said the church would continue to assist the home.

Miss Grace Nagah, an attendant who received the items, expressed appreciation for the items and appealed to other churches, philanthropists, NGOS and benevolent organizations to support the home.
