BNI arrests District Director of Agriculture for stealing motorbike

The Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) has arrested the Sene West District Director of Agriculture in the Brong Ahafo region, S.Y Apiga for stealing a motorbike belonging to the district.

The arrest was effected Wednesday morning at the accused residence as he was about entering his car on his way to the Tain District where he’s been recently transferred.

The accused, Kasapafmonline.com understands, reportedly told the BNI that he sold the motorbike in order to meet some of his personal needs.

He also claimed that the assembly’s laptops and desktop which cannot be found, had been stolen but he decided not to make a report to the police.
