GECA elects seven new executives

The Eastern Regional branch of the Ghana Electrical Contractors Association (GECA) has elected a seven- member executive, to serve for the next four years.

They are: Mr Wlliam Adu Henaku, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Mr Samuel Ofosu Mensah, Mr Felix Kuma Quashie, Organiser, Mr Kofi Nyarko, Treasurer, Mr Alex Danso as Secretary, Mr Edward Adu Boafo as Porter and Mr George Gywah as Trustee.

All were elected unopposed.

At the acclamation and ceremony to swear in the new executives, the National President of GECA, Mr Budu Walker, congratulated the newly elected members and urged them to work with love and togetherness to help improve the Association.

He advised the executives to work diligently and be truthful to the Association and avoid selfishness, hypocrisy and greediness.

The newly elected Chairman, Mr William Adu Henaku, gave the assurance that he would promote team work and ensure that branches of the Association are established in all districts in the region to hunt for members.
