Enchi (W/R), Oct. 11, GNA- Mr. Francis Ahiatu Amoako, 35, died instantly when a motorcycle, which he and his sister were riding, was knocked down by a KIA truck at Enchi on Monday.
Mrs Vicentia Owusu, the pillion rider sustained serious injuries and is on admission at the Enchi Government Hospital.
Driver of the truck, which belongs to SAMATEX, a timber company at Sambreboi is on the run and according to the police, the reckless parking along the road of an articulated truck might have caused the accident.
The body has since been released to the family for burial after a post mortem examination.
