The Flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party(NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has assured residents of the Ketu South district to end the perennial water shortage in the area, if he gets the mandate as President.

Residents of the area, have been experiencing acute water shortage which has over the years made them to resort to unsafe water.

But Nana Addo has promised his government will resource the Ghana Water Company Company Ltd to enable them provide clean potable water to the area.

“I know that the excessive problems that you have is access to potable water. Those institutions that deliver water-the GWCL and the CWSA are going to be reviewed and reformed- we want to strengthen them so that water delivery becomes easier and more satisfactory,” Nana Addo told locals at Klikor in his campaign tour to the Volta region.

He also promised to reshape the town roads in the area, and improve development in the region.

The NPP flagbearer, Nana Addo, embarked on a four-day tour of the NDC’s stronghold Volta Region, where he addressed a rally of supporters and sympathizers.
