Advise your leaders to stop ‘fanning’ corruption – Kwame Gyan to NDC youth

“Ah! So we won’t do anything about Smarttys? WE, Ghana, won’t do anything about Smarttys?” host of State of the Nation and Head of Corporate Communications and Brands at e.TV Ghana, Kwame Gyan has quizzed.

Kwame Gyan said he is disappointed in the youth who are comfortably yelling “toaso” all in the name of campaigning to retain the incumbent party in government.

In a Facebook post he writes, “We should toaso to break our laws so our friends get contracts? We should toaso to let people charge us 10 cedis for what is 1 cedi? We should toaso to pretend we are fighting corruption when one whose evidence is stinking before our noses is ignored?”

He said instead of going about making noise with the “toaso” campaigns, the “Young NDC footsoldiers should rather use the opportunity to advise their leaders to stop “Fanning corruption and illegality, supervised plain thievery and circumvention of laws”.
