One person killed in an accident

Begoro (E/R), Sept. 30, GNA- Mr Daniel Adu Amankwa, 35, died on the spot while several others received various degrees of injuries when a vehicle on which they were travelling skidded off the road and crashed at Pimpimso, near Begoro on Sunday.

Police Inspector William Kwasi Nkrumah told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that the accident involved a Hundai Truck, which was travelling from Begoro to Osiem.

He said the body of the deceased has been deposited at the Kibi Government Hospital for autopsy while the injured were treated and discharged.
