Presbyter had sex with me more than three times – Victim narrates ordeal

The 15-year-old girl who was allegedly defiled by an 80-year-old Presbyter of the EP Church at Peki Dzake in the South Dayi district of the Volta region has revealed that she has suffered a number such ordeals from the man.

Patrick Komla Agordzo, who is currently in the grips of the Peki Police, reportedly had canal knowledge of the minor last month, when she was sent on an errand.

Narrating her ordeal to Starr news’ Lambert Atsivor, the teenager said, she was sent to collect Ghc10 from the man popularly known as Togbe Agordzo to enable her travel to her parents at Banda in the Northern region for vacation.

According her, she informed the old man after church on that Sunday for the money but he asked her to come for it in his house at 6 O’clock that evening, to which she obliged.

“When I got to his room, he showed me the Ghc10 note but said he would only give it to me if I allow him to sleep with me. By then too, he pointed to a cutlass and a club, threatening to kill me, should I resist and also tell anyone about the ordeal,” the timid looking girl recounted.

She also revealed that, prior to this latest incident; Togbe Agordzo had abused her sexually on at least three different occasions but due to his death threats, she could not report to anyone.

“There were times, when my grandmother sent me to run errands for him, he would forcefully have sex with me and warned me not to disclose to anybody. Because of that, I was afraid to tell anyone until the recent one, when his daughter questioned me,” she narrated.

The girl who looked traumatized, has since been issued with a police medical form to seek medical attention as investigations continue into the case.
