Five persons crashed to death in a motor accident

Five unidentified persons have met their untimely death after the motorbikes they rode on crashed at Manso Adubia in the Ashanti Region.

The five persons were pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.

Nyankonton Mu Nsem’s Abdul Malik Anokye said the two motorbikes on which three of the deceased rode crashed into the other motor bike on which the other two rode on.

He explained, riders of the two motorbikes were riding at top speed before crashing into each other.

He added, motorbikes popularly referred to as ‘aboboyaa’ in the local dialect are the most popular form of transportation in the area as passengers have abandoned taxis and other commercial buses as a source of transportation.
