We process all personal data for this purpose on the basis of our legitimate interest, which lies in ensuring the technical operation and security of the platform. We will process this data about you for no longer than the duration of your account with us, and if you do not have an account, then for 1 month.
If you create a user account with us and use the functionalities of our platform associated with the user account, additional personal data is processed. Such processing is related to your registration, during which you accept our terms and conditions, thereby establishing a contractual relationship between you and us in the legal sense. From a legal perspective, the personal data is then processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, or to take steps at your request before concluding the contract. If you do not wish to provide personal data, we will not be able to set up a user account for you. For these purposes, we process your Data related to registration and login, Information on age, Technical data, Data on the use of the user account functionalities and the platform, and Records with identifiers, for the duration of your account (your contract).
Our activities and the operation of our platform is regulated by legal regulations, for example in the area of accounting, taxes, or advertising. In order to fulfill legal obligations, we must record and process information that may include your personal data, in particular Data related to registration and login, Information on age, Data on the use of the user account functionalities and the platform. Providing your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations is therefore mandatory. We will process this data about you for as long as necessary to fulfill the legal obligations in accordance with the relevant generally binding legal regulations.
For the purpose of sending commercial communications (marketing offers) promoting us, our group, or third parties, or for carrying out other marketing activities towards you (e.g., segmentation and marketing profiling, i.e., customizing offers according to your use of the platform so that they are as interesting and relevant as possible), we process your personal data where legal regulations allow us to do so for this purpose or if you have given us your consent to do so.
For this purpose, we will process available Data related to registration and login, Information on age, Marketing information, Technical data, Pseudonymized device identifiers and related data, Data on the use of the user account functionalities and the platform, and Records with identifiers. In the case of processing according to legal regulations, we will process this data for the duration of your user account, and in the case of processing based on your consent, for 4 years from the moment the consent was granted, but in both cases no longer than until you object or withdraw your consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, in the case of emails via the corresponding button in the email footer, and in the case of push notifications via the platform settings. You can also adjust your preferences or withdraw consents through the consent management settings on our platform.
If you decide to contact us, either directly or via the contact form, we will process Communication data and Technical data for the purpose of ensuring communication between you and us, on the basis of our legitimate interest. We will process this data until the end of the year following the year in which we received it. The reason for this length of processing is that in the event of future or delayed follow-up communication, we would like to return to the existing communication and clarify or supplement our next response accordingly.
Our platform could not function without you and your valuable feedback. Therefore, we also process your data for the purpose of obtaining and researching feedback, which takes place either in the form of a survey available on the platform or a special study that you can sign up for outside the platform, which contains more detailed information on the processing of your personal data and on the study itself.
In the case of feedback via surveys, if you fill out the survey and give us your consent, which is the basis for such processing, we will process Survey results and Data related to registration and login, for 5 full calendar years from filling out the survey or until you withdraw your consent or raise an objection.

We have a legitimate interest in protecting our rights and our platform, and for this purpose we may, if necessary, process your personal data obtained in connection with other purposes, in particular Information on age, Marketing information, Technical data, Communication data, Data on the use of the user account functionalities and the platform, Data related to registration and login, for as long as necessary to protect our own legal claims and to protect rights, at least 3 years from the cancellation of your account, and in other cases at least 3 years from the start of processing.
In connection with your visit to our platform, Technical data, Pseudonymized device identifiers, and related data may be stored on your device and accessed (for example in the form of cookies).
Individual processing operations may take place automatically in cases where the processing is necessary for providing and maintaining our services, and is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest. In other cases, we only process (store on your device and access) Technical data, Pseudonymized device identifiers, and related data on the basis of your consent granted via the privacy settings.
