The jailed former Minister of Finance, Kwame Peprah was expected to be discharged from the Ho Government Hospital on Tuesday after being on admission for one-and-a-half weeks.
Mr Peprah who is currently serving a four-year term at the Ho Prisons in connection with the Quality Grain case was sent to the hospital after suffering from a serious ailment.
The Daily Dispatch newspaper says its investigation into the former Minister’s condition is continuing.
