Several injured in clashes at Atetebu

Several people have reportedly been injured at Atebubu in the Brong Ahafo region.

It follows a scuffle between supporters of the Member of Parliament for the area Sanja Nanja and the DCE Sampson Owusu Boateng.

Starr News has also learnt that many properties have also been torched.

Meanwhile, the Atebubu Police Command is on a manhunt for supporters of the NDC who set the party office on fire on Tuesday.

Information gathered by Starr News reveals that no one has been arrested since the office was set ablaze.

Sources indicate that the party’s office was set ablaze by the supporters of the former DCE Mr. Owusu Boateng.

According to the Police Commander for the Atebubu-Amantin, Chief Superintendent Joseph Dzinaku, his outfit has mapped out a strategy to arrest those who were involved in the destruction.
