Christians asked to remain steadfast

The Primate and Metropolitan Archbishop of the Anglican Church of the Central Province of West Africa, the Most Rev. Dr. Daniel Yinkah-Sarfo, has asked Christians to remain steadfast and prayerful in the face of difficulties.

He said “in all their sufferings they should be patient and continue to walk graciously in the Lord, trusting that their problems are surmountable”.

The Most Rev. Dr. Yinkah-Sarfo made the call in Good Friday message delivered at the Saint Cyprian the Martyr Anglican Cathedral in Kumasi to mark the death of Christ.

He urged the congregation “to rejoice and be glad” for the tremendous mercies shown to the nation by God.

He reminded them to learn to forgive and lead Christ-like life to become a positive influence on society.
