Robber bites pregnant woman, stabs four others

Police at Okorase in the Eastern region have arrested a 19-year-old suspected robber who stabbed four and also attacked a pregnant woman.

The suspect, wielding several weapons, inflicted machete wounds on his victims and bit the belly of the pregnant woman.

Luck however eluded him when he fell into a gutter and crushed his head against the concrete walls whiles being chased by residents.

Police detective, Sergeant Eunice Ankrah who is investigating the incident told Starr News Eastern regional correspondent Kojo Ansah the suspect has been remanded into Police custody and will reappear in Court on April 7.

Meanwhile, the victims of the attack have been treated and discharged
